I’d like to do more writing on this blog about food people who inspire me – other home cooks, restaurant chefs, food writers, etc. But until then, here is an excellent-looking recipe from the always wonderful Marisa of Food in Jars. I love Mason jars, and am always interested in learning more about canning and putting up (Sarah is the main preserve-maker in our house). I’ve got 4 or 5 less-than-perfect peaches sitting on the counter and I think that this will be the perfect way to use them up!
